Spring Creek Health Care offers
a variety of services to our
residents. We are a 226-bed
skilled nursing, rehabilitation
and long-term care facility
which provides comprehensive
rehabilitation and restorative
services. We offer private and
semi-private rooms. Each room is
cable, wi-fi and phone ready.
We provide in-house laundry
services at no additional
charge. We have in-house
services such as barber and
hairdressing services available,
as well as podiatry and dental
care.
Some of these services are
billed through insurance and
some are at the responsibility
of the resident. The listing of
